투자금은 라이트하우스 인베스트먼트 파트너스 명의의 외국인 투자 계좌를 통해 관리되며,
카카오페이가 해당 계좌의 종합 관리 및 거래 지원을 담당합니다.
모든 거래는 카카오페이의 공식 시스템을 통해 국내 증시 거래 시스템 내에서 진행됩니다.
또한 카카오뱅크가 독립된 제3자 수탁기관으로 참여해 자금의 분리 및 안전성을 보장합니다.
본 ‘518% 세력 배치 수익 프로젝트’는 라이트하우스 인베스트먼트 파트너스, 카카오페이, 카카오뱅크의
공동 심사·승인을 거쳐 금융감독원(FSS)의 감독 아래 정식으로 개시되었습니다.
프로젝트의 자금 운용, 거래 전략 및 리스크 관리는 [금융투자서비스 및 자본시장법] 등 국내 금융 관련 법률에
따른 합법성 심사를 거쳤으며, 관련 기관의 요건을 모두 충족하였습니다.
모든 투자금은 라이트하우스 인베스트먼트 파트너스 명의로 개설된 외국인 전용 중계 계좌를 통해 국내 자본시장으로 유입되며,
카카오증권이 계좌 관리 및 거래 실행을 지원합니다.
이 자금은 카카오뱅크를 통해 엄격히 분리된 제3자 신탁 계좌에 예치되며,
라이트하우스 인베스트먼트 파트너스의 고유 자산과 완전히 분리되어 관리됩니다.
이 구조는 금융감독원의 감독 기준에 부합하며,
관리 리스크나 불가항력 상황이 발생하더라도 투자자의 자금은 카카오뱅크가 보유한 독립 계좌를 통해 안전하게 보호됩니다.
본 프로젝트는 별도의 회원비나 선납금이 필요하지 않습니다.
투자금은 투자자 개인 명의의 증권계좌에 직접 예치되어 운용되며,
수익 발생 시 시장 관행에 따라 성과 수익의 15%를 성과보수로 책정합니다.

Sean McGould, Lighthouse’s CEO and CIO,
founded Lighthouse in 1999 with an aim to provide a reliable alternative to traditional fixed income investments while striving for lower correlation, less volatility, and minimal beta to traditional markets. The desire to continuously improve the investor experience has led Lighthouse to evolve over time. Our history demonstrates our desire to create and deliver investment solutions that solve for investors’ varied portfolio needs.

North Rock
North Rock Capital is an investment management firm built upon a global multi-manager platform. The strategy deploys capital across a diversified set of relative value fundamental and quantitative equity-focused portfolio manager teams (or “PM Teams”).
North Rock principally seeks to partner with sector and regional specialists that possess deep experience in a defined universe of securities and utilize that specialization and focus to pursue long-term sustainable alpha. North Rock's focus is to harness and manage the combined prowess of their PM Teams to achieve high-quality returns through idiosyncratic risk, with low dependence on market direction. Mission Crest
Mission Crest Capital, a global multi-manager investment platform, launched in 2019. The global macro strategy invests long and short across commodities, currencies, equity indices, and fixed income globally in developed and emerging markets. The strategy began as a natural evolution of Lighthouse’s experience in global macro and CTA investing, sourcing trading talent, and operational infrastructure.
Pier61
Pier61, launched in 2022, is a multi-manager investment platform focused on opportunities influenced by climate and the energy transition across commodities, environmental markets, equities, and insurance-linked securities.
Penglai Peak
Penglai Peak, launched in 2022, is a multi-manager investment platform currently focused entirely on Japan but with the potential to expand to other areas of Asia in the future. The strategy employs a low-net equity approach through a variety of methods including active engagement with company management teams and fundamental analysis.
Global Equities
Lighthouse’s global equity investment platform dates back to the Firm’s inception and focuses on fundamental long/short equity strategies by sector and regional specialists as well as quantitative equity strategies. The strategy aims to primarily drive returns from stock selection (i.e. alpha) and, over time, be largely independent of macroeconomic drivers and market direction.
Opportunistic
Since 1999, Lighthouse’s opportunistic investment platform has evolved across different market environments and cycles. Core strategies include credit, event driven, equity capital markets, and fixed income.
